Join the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community as we launch “Muslims for Life,” a nationwide campaign to honor the victims of 9/11 on its 10th anniversary and uphold the message that Islam values the sanctity of life.

During the month of September, we will hold blood drives at all our mosques and prayer centers in the United States, and in collaboration with other community organizations. Our goal is to collect 10,000 units of blood—which can help save 30,000 lives—during the month.

A blood drive for Georgia will be held at Baitul Baqi Mosque in Norcross, Georgia on Sunday, September 11, 2011. Please come out and support our cause! Many churches across America are supporting us by donating blood. The mosque is at: 6113 Oakbrook Pkwy, Norcross, GA 30093. We look forward to working together with you in this worthwhile cause.

If you cannot get to the mosque on September 11, 2011, you can still go to the closest Red Cross location to donate blood. Tell them that you are donating blood for the Muslims for Life Campaign. The Red Cross, who is all in favor of the campaign, has extended their deadline so that anyone can contribute any day during September.

No one can change the past, but everyone can help save Americans who need blood now. We hope you will come out and remember the victims of 9/11 in the best way possible.
