THE Ahmadiyya Muslim Juma’at, Nigeria has described the Holy Quran as the life of the believers and the lifeblood of the society.

The Juma’at Missionary, Ibadan Circuit, Alfa Abdul Hakeem Ariyo, in a message during the Eid-il-Fitri prayer, noted that Quran guided to virtue, dissuaded from evil and was a comprehensive prayer for success here and thereafter.

While calling on Muslims to uphold the Holy Quran, he said: “It is the decision of your affairs amongst yourselves.

“It is the decisive word and the illuminating light; whoever seeks guidance to any other than it, Allah will allow him to go astray. To leave the Holy Quran is clearly to go astray,” he said.

According to him, it is the believer’s constitution and code of life.

He said that having completed the month-long course offered by the blessed month of Ramadan, Quran reminded the believers of those deeds and actions pre-requisites for “our continued success.”

He said that believers were promised abundant pleasure as a product of forgiveness, as long as they live up to their faith by carrying out its prerequisite actions.
