LAHORE - Religious parties have given a final shape to the preparations regarding complete shutterdown strike across the country on December 31 against the proposed amendments in blasphemy law under the banner of Tahafuz-e-Namoos Risalat Tehrik (TNRT).
The final touches to the arrangements of TNRT strike against the proposed amendments in Islamic laws were given during a meeting at Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) headquarters Mansoora on Saturday with Dr Syed Wasim Akhtar, ameer JI Punjab in the chair, while, leaders of member parties of TNRT attended the special meeting for December 31 countrywide strike.
