Over 550,000 Muslims and non-Muslims have joined the Ahmadiyya Muslim community globally between 2013 and now . The World Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim community, Hazrat Mira Masroor Ahmad, Khalifatul Masih, V stated this at the closing ceremony of the 48th Jalsa Salana UK, Islamic conference at Oakland Farm in Hampshire, UK.
During his report, he announced that the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community was now established in 206 countries of the world and that during the past year Ahmadi Muslim communities had been established in Belize and Uruguay for the very first time.
The Ahmadiyya leader said that during the past year the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community had completed the translation of the Holy Quran into the Maori language spoken in some parts of Australia. Consequently, the community had now translated the entire Quran into 72 languages.
Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad said that the progress of the Ahmadiyya Muslim community was due to help of Allah as many people had been guided towards the truth of Islam and Ahmadiyyat by Allah the Almighty through dreams.
Over 30,000 Ahmadi Muslims are estimated to have attended Jalsa Salana UK and pledged allegiance to the Khalifa (Caliph) in a ceremony known as ‘Bai’at’.
During the Jalsa Salana, Ahmad also raised the Flag of Ahmadiyyat Islam, whilst Rafiq Hayat, the National President of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in the United Kingdom, raised the Union Jack.
Millions of Ahmadi Muslims around the world took part in the ceremony whilst watching live on MTA International and Murhi International Television, (MITV) in Nigeria.
On Friday, he delivered his weekly sermon and then later delivered the inaugural address where he spoke about the true and pure character of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him).
Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad said: “The Quran has deemed the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) as the ‘mercy for mankind’ – and his mercy and compassion was not limited to Muslims but encompasses every person, in every place, in every time.
Thus, the mission of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community is to spread the mercy and compassion of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) to the corners of the world.”

I am an Ahmadi Muslim who, three years ago wanted to become protestant, so that I could marry a man I thought I was in love with. ALLAH (swt) brought me right back home by revealing to me through dreams that Ahmadiyyat is the only way, and it is the true Islam. One of the dream was when the late Dr. Ameer Wahab Adam proclaimed Ahmadiyyat as the true Islam, outside a mosque which happened to be the only building standing in a deadly flooding, which washed away other buildings, and people screaming to be taken out of the flood. Allahu Akbar!!!
