India: Ahmadiyya Muslim Peace Symposium | ‘Social inequalities disrupting peace’


Concerns were being expressed about the possibility of a nuclear war too. An atmosphere of intolerance was spreading in a pluralistic country like India.

Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama'at recently organised a peace conference here to convey the message of peace to a strife-torn world.

Inaugurating the event, K.P. Ramanunni, writer, said that social inequalities and communal polarisation were disrupting peace across the world.

Concerns were being expressed about the possibility of a nuclear war too. An atmosphere of intolerance was spreading in a pluralistic country like India.

In this context, Kerala’s tradition of social and communal harmony should be a model for the rest of the world, he added.
