In his recent political tirade, Mullah Fazlur Rahman, chairman of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (Fazl group), has alleged that Imran Khan and and his politicall party, Pakitan Tehrik-e Insaf, are being supported and funded by "Ahmadi and Jewish lobby."

Mullah Fazlur Rahman further alleged that "Ahmadi leader has himself admitted to have funded Imran."

"Nothing could be further from the truth," said Imran Jattala, chief editor of Ahmadiyya Times, who rejected Maulana Fazlur Rahman's allegations as "a pile of rubbish".

"I think mullah has trained very well in his trade of political deceit," Imran Jattala said.

Imran Jattala, an Ahamdi Muslim himself, was speaking in his personal capacity, explicitly asserting that he was not speaking for or representing the Ahmadiyya community in any official capacity.

Ahmadis can't even vote in Pakistan, Imran Jattala says, because their rights have been usurped by corrupt politicians much less to consider giving any financial contributions to their corrupt political campaigns.

"Maulana's head is stuffed with hay, it has become quite apparent now," Imran Jattala added.

"When all else fails an Islamist extremists will predictably play the Ahmadi or Jew or Hindu card," said Imran Jattala. "This mullah inherited his hatred for Ahmadis from his father mullah Mufti Mahmud who in my estimation was a key player in inciting violent agitation against the Ahmadis during the 1974 anti-Ahmadiyya unrest."

"Now this mullah probably feels burnt by Imran Khan for steeling his thunder in parts of Northern Pakistan."

Imran Jattala said the WikiLeaks stories about Fazlur Rahman had clearly disclosed all aspect of his opportunistic nature.

"Like father, like son; Fazlur Rahman cannot be expected to ever stop deceiving the public," Imran Jattala added.

Ahmadis have been forced to boycott elections in Pakistan because their right to vote has been subjected to a peculiar pre-condition.

In order to be able to vote, Ahmadis of Pakistan are required by law that they first must denounce their belief in Islam or leave Ahmadiyyat - neither of which is acceptable to the Ahmadis.

For the record, Imaran Jattala stated, he has had more random anti-Ahamadi hate messages from liberal-posing urban youths of Pakistan who claim to be part of "PTI Family" or claim to be 'Proud Imran Khan" fans.

"Mullah Fazal, one the other hand, is what he is - a predictable bigot. At least I don't have to wonder about him," Imran Jattala concluded.
