Canada’s Ahmadiyya Muslim Leader Lal Malik Receives Lifetime of Service Recognition


Mr. Lal Malik who, currently serves as the National President of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama'at of Canada, retired from Ahmadiyya Abode of Peace administration in July 2013, after completing 20 years of service.

Ontario Non-Profit Housing Association (ONPHA) is honoring Lal Khan Malik, former administrator of an affordable housing project, Ahmadiyya Abode of Peace, with Lifetime of Service Recognition for his two-decade administration of the project in Toronto, Canada.

Ahmadiyya Abode of Peace has also wons the ONPHA special award for being the best in green initiatives across Ontario, it has been reported

Mr. Lal Malik who, currently serves as the National President of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama'at of Canada, retired from Ahmadiyya Abode of Peace administration in July 2013, after completing 20 years of service.

It was back in March of 1993 when Mr. Malik was first appointed as assistant administrator of Ahmadiyya Abode of Peace where he successfully took on the challenge of setting up policies and procedures for the new affordable housing project and soon after was promoted to administrator.

With his pleasing personality and helpful attitude, the association says, Mr. Malik has always been a favorite of the tenants.

“His services to the organization will be remembered for a long time,” wrote ONPHA in their awards announcement brochure.
