Australia: ‘The Messiah has come’ celebrations held in Langwarrin, Victoria


The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community was formally established on 23rd of March 1889 by Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (peace be upon him) the Promised Messiah and the Imam Mahdi of the later days.

Ahmadiyya Muslim Association Victoria held its annual ‘Promised Messiah Day’ conference to celebrate 125th foundation anniversary of the Worldwide Ahmadiyya Muslim Movement in Islam.

More than 200 members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Association Victoria gathered at Ahmadiyya Centre ‘Bait-ul-Salam’ (House of Peace) in Langwarrin, to mark the event.

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community was formally established on 23rd of March 1889 by Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (peace be upon him) the Promised Messiah and the Imam Mahdi of the later days.

The conference started with humble prayers and recitation from the Holy Quran and included several presentations.

The event concluded with the address of Mr Javed Safdar Choudhary President AMA Victoria who emphasized the importance of the institution of Khilafat in Islam and in Ahmadiyya Muslim Community.

The attendees were offered tea and refreshments at the end of the conference.
