UK: South Yorkshire Muslims to attend major convention


Members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community will attend the Jalsa Salana event – the largest and longest standing Muslim gathering in the UK, now in its 48th year.

Muslims from across South Yorkshire will be travelling to a three-day convention in Hampshire starting on August 29, which is expected to attract more than 30,000 people.

Members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community will attend the Jalsa Salana event – the largest and longest standing Muslim gathering in the UK, now in its 48th year. Speaking will be Mirza Masroor Ahmad, the worldwide head of the movement.
