Ryerson University's Ahmadiyya Muslim Students' Association presents a counter-narrative against extremism and radicalization in the name of Islam.

The group's program, "Murder in the Name of Islam" is an effort against the rise of Islamophobia.

Questions, interviews, and discussions before the launch of this event will take place on Monday, March 23 in the George Vari Engineering and Computing Centre.
"As self-proclaimed ambassadors of Islam emerge, and attempt to tarnish the religion of Islam, many people have developed misconceptions regarding Muslims. On March 23rd, 2015, join us, as we look at the core teachings of Islam, and see what Islam really says about Peace, Tolerance, and Justice."
Ryersonian reporter Khadija Khan reports.
