UK: Ahmadiyya women arrange coffee morning on Eid Day in Newcastle

Women of Ahmadiyya Muslim Association Newcastle were raising money for MacMillan Cancer Support with a coffee morning on their Eid Day.

Organiser Shafia Saeed of Gateshead said, “Women of Ahmadiyya Muslim Association Newcastle arranged a coffee morning on their Eid Day."

"The cake was baked and chocolate cup set and buckets were made to raise funds for Macmillan charity.

"Ladies and children donated generously for this good cause on the Eid day which was the spirit of this festival. On Eid-ul-Azha.

"Muslims are encouraged to make every kind of sacrifice for the spiritual, moral, social, and economic uplift of mankind and especially their own.”
