Ahmadiyya Muslims hold 29th annual convention
While officiating at the opening of the convention, the Vice-President of Uganda, Edward Kiwanuka Sekandi, implored religious leaders to mobilise their congregations to preach unity and fight poverty.
Muslims under the sect of Ahmadiyya Muslim Association of Uganda and Rwanda have convened at Seeta mosque in Mukono for their 29th annual convention. The three day convention is under the theme; “love for all, hatred for none”.
While officiating at the opening, the Vice President of Uganda, Edward Kiwanuka Sekandi implored religious leaders to mobilise their congregations to preach unity and fight poverty.
