The members of the central regional Ahmadiyya Muslim community took the initiative to celebrate their Eid by visiting the hospitals with fruits and provisions for the patients.

This was very much appreciated by the hospitals' administrators.

The members started from the Saltpond hospital, followed by the Saint Francis hospital at Assin Foso.

The hospital administrators said they are very much aware of the Ahmadiyya Mission's tremendous work towards the welfare of Ghanaians through the provision of schools and hospitals in the county.

They look forward to working with Ahmadiyya Mission, they added.

The Regional Missionary, Maulvi Muhammad Dawood Khalid in his reply, said that the motto of Ahmadiyya Mission is “Love for all, Hatred for none” and this is why they do not celebrate their happiness just with their loved ones alone but with others as practiced and commanded by the Holy Prophet of Islam (saw).

Maulvi Khalid assured that the Ahmadiyya Mission will always be among the first ones regarding the welfare of Ghana.

There was distribution of the food among the patients.

Some patients joined the Regional Missionary in offering silent prayer.
