AN EXHIBITION on 'Islam: A religion of peace' is currently running at Gorey Library, and members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim community are encouraging all those interested to pay a visit during library opening hours.
The exhibition gives people the opportunity to learn more about the Ahmadiyya Muslim community in Ireland. People can view the Holy Book of Islam ' The Quran' in 28 languages, including Irish.
Several New Ross members of the religion will be in the library from 12.30 p.m. onwards during the afternoons this week to meet members of the public.
The exhibition runs to Friday, September 23, during library opening times. Admission is free.
