UK: Prime Minister thanks Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth for their efforts to support Poppy Appeal 2015


[T]he Honorable Prime Minister noted with pleasure that the incident has not stopped the organization from it's charitable works.

Prime minister David Cameron in his recent message has thanked Ahmadiyya Muslim youth Association for their efforts to support The Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal 2015.

The Honorable Prime Minister noted with pleasure that despite the devastating fire incident at the Baitul Futuh Mosque last month, the organization did not halt its continuing charitable works.

PM Cameron expressed sadness about the incident of fire at the Baitul Futuh complex in Morden, UK, the largest mosque of western Europe.

The blaze caused serious damage to the administrative section of the complex, the community had said it the time, adding that "the swift action of the emergency services the mosque itself and the library and main hall and several other offices remained completely unaffected."
