The 25th edition of the Jalsa Salana be held from 25 to 27 March 2016 at Bustan-e-Mahdi, located in Kouba 25 km from Ouagadougou, on the road to the Po.
Ahead of the annual conference, the president of the organizing committee, Abdouramane Diallo, assisted by the Chairman of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, hosted a press conference on March 16, 2016.
"Islam and global security situation: The need for clarification of the concept of jihad and means of contribution of Islam to the establishment of peace" is the theme dedicated to the 25th annual conference called Jalsa Salana. A few days before the holding of the event, the organizers presented the journalists, the outline and content of this edition.
For his part, the president of the organizing committee, Abdouramane Diallo reported that more than 10 000 participants are expected to attend the annual conference. This is among other members of the Convention and supporters of the 13 regions of Burkina, Ahmadis and their friends from Ghana, Benin, Niger, Mali, Ivory Coast. To do this, two communications will be given on the theme of "the importance of prayer" and "the expected Messiah he will come to the armed Jihad? ". Then follow six speech on "Islamic teachings", "what are the conditions to restore real peace in the world? "," How Islam should it react to the plans to destabilize? "" What is the true concept of Jihad? "" The Caliphate in Islam: its necessity, its benefit and responsibilities "," the efforts of the Caliph in favor of the establishment of peace in the world." Finally, it will answer issues directly in national languages in the evening of Saturday, March 26 and exchanges with the media invited to the role of ICT in the dissemination of a message of peace.
The president of the organizing committee hopes that its concerns will be answered at the end of this 25th annual conference. "What is Jihad? What are the forces? What are the truths of each? "If he asks. According to him, this understanding will make a balance between the Jihadist and terrorist. Moreover, he assured that all security measures will be taken so that the conference could be held in stillness. "We had 200 young people trained in security issues from the regions to Ouaga. Jalsa Salana La enters a building of dynamic brotherhood between members of the Jama'at, to share experiences on the values of Islam exchange on issues affecting Islam (...). More importantly, it allows "each participant to increase his personal relationship with God."
