"We have seen a outpouring of support from Americans over the last month as never before," said Dr. Nasim Rehmatullah, Senior Vice President, and Head of Media Affairs of the largest and oldest single united organized American Muslim organization, "and daily we receive endorsements of our True Islam Campaign that aims at informing our fellow Americans of the TRUE teachings of Islam., and now we have launched a nationwide effort to invite people to come and have a cup of coffee and some cake - our treat - and get to know a fellow American Muslim and ask anything you want to know about our faith."
This effort is being carried out Nationwide by all 74 of our communities and you can find out about one such event -hopefully near you - by visiting TrueIslam.com/events or you can call our 1-800-WHY ISLAM number and give your city and state and they will tell you where the nearest event is and when.
"So many people have called asking, how can we help' and my answer to everyone is to go to our website "TrueIslam.com" endorse our campaign and come and come let us get to know each other at one of these events.
