The Khalifa of Islam has warned Israel against launch of an attack on Iran, an Israeli TV channel reported yesterday.
Hadhrat [His Holiness] Mirza Masroor Ahmad, who lives in London and heads the worldwide Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, has warned Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli prime minister and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the president of Iran that their conflict this time poses dire consequences for the entire world.
According to the Television report a letter was sent earlier this week to Prime Minister Netanyahu and President Ahmadinejad.
Hadhrat Ahmad has warned that the Israeli attack on Iran will lead to the ‘Third World War’, the TV anchor said in the report.
“This time the war will not remain just between Israel and Iran; but it will force all countries of the world to fight each other,” Hadhrat Ahmad wrote in his letter according to the report.
“And such a war will create another generation of injured and disabled due to the fact that it will be a nuclear war,” the spiritual leader further wrote.
Hadhrat Ahmad ended his letter with advice for the Prime Minister Netanyahu of Israel and President Ahmadinijad of Iran to “Invest all you can to avoid such a war… And instead of pushing the world to this war… invest all efforts to solve the problems by negotiations.”
The Israeli TV channel highlighted the development saying it is important to note that the Ahmadiyya community has hundreds of millions of followers around the world and the Muslim Khalifa, Hadhrat Ahmad, who serves as community’s spiritual leader, is similar in importance as Pope is to the Christianity.
“How many people you say it stands for,” the TV news desk anchor is heard inquiring in astonishment.
“Hundreds of millions… only” the field reported replied.
Hadhrat Ahmad has also written to the Pope, it was previously reported, calling him to use his influence to encourage tolerance and establishment of human values throughout the world.
“It is with regret that if we now observe the current circumstances of the world closely, we find that the foundation for another world war has already been laid,” Hadhrat Ahmad wrote to the Catholic spiritual leader in December 2011.
“It is my prayer that we all understand our responsibilities and play our role in establishing peace and love, and for the recognition of our Creator in the world,” Hadhrat Ahmad had added in his letter to the Pope.

The moment any major conflict occurs between Israel and Iran, and other countries start getting involved, then we know, that the leader of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community was right all along.
Now we shall see, if this is how Allah will spread the message of Promised Messiah (as).
