As a proud American and Muslim, I condemn the Boston bombing wholeheartedly. The terror caused by these brainwashed individuals has resulted in a sad event for all Americans. The reason why these people have taken such a destructive path is because of the lack of productive guidance.
As a member of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, I feel blessed that I have the guidance of the Khalifah of Islam, Mirza Masroor Ahmad, a leader who condemns all forms of terrorism and leads us in an intellectual jihad of the pen.
Under his holiness' guidance, on the 10-year anniversary of 9/11 we collected more than 11,000 bags of blood nationwide to promote the true image of Islam. That is the guidance that his holiness brings on his visit to the West Coast in May. That is how I, as a Muslim American, respond to the Boston bombings.
