"So the State is obligated to declare such a person non-Muslim and punish them if they don't comply, since they violated Islam's copyrights and acted against Allah and Rasool (pbuh)?"

An Interesting Conversation With Akhmed*, a Proponent of the Anti-ahmedi Laws of Pakistan. He went through the transcripts of the 1974 debate and said the Mullahs had likened Islam to LUX. Just as LUX (a soap company) would not allow another company to use the same name for their soap, Pakistani Muslims would not allow anyone to "pretend to be a Muslim."
Akhmed: Anti-Ahmadi laws are justified because when Ahmadis say the Kalima, they violate Islam's copyrights. State has authority to declare such a person non-Muslim and punish them if they don't comply.
Me: Who owns Islam's copyrights?
Akhmed: All those who believe in Allah and Rasool (pbuh).
Me: What if someone commits a murder?
Akhmed: Such a person is acting against Allah and Rasool (pbuh)
Me: So he violates the copyrights?
Akhmed: Yes.
Me: So the State is obligated to declare such a person non-Muslim and punish them if they don't comply, since they violated Islam's copyrights and acted against Allah and Rasool (pbuh)? Should the Pakistani Parliament not declare all rapists, thieves etc non-Muslim and jail them if they say the Kalima?
..... (skip 10 minutes of bla bla)
Akhmed: Actually, only Allah and Rasool (pbuh) have the copyrights to Islam.
Me: So what do we consider a Parliament that assumes the role of Allah and Rasool (pbuh) and pretends to own copyrights to Islam and the Kalima? Mushrik?
Akhmed: Parliament has the authority to punish those who violate Islam's copyrights.
Me: But in trying to justify the anti-Ahmadi laws, you realize you just accused the pakistani Parliament of Shirk? Right?
Akhmed: It's useless talking to you.
Me: Was that the only justification you had for the anti-Ahmadi laws of Pakistan?
SILENCE!
Kalima: Islamic Creed (There is no God but Allah and Muhammad (pbuh) is His messenger)
Shirk: Associating partners with Allah
