Promoting a better understanding between faiths and communities is the aim of a Peace Symposium in Langley.
Organised by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Association (AMA) Slough, it will take place on Saturday at Langley Academy in Langley Road.
The annual event is now in its 10th consecutive year with the Mayor of Slough, Cllr Balvinder Bains, and Slough MP Fiona Mactaggart set to attend.
President of the AMA, Atiq Ahmad Bhatti, said: "One of the beauties of living in Slough is being a part of its diversity. We have a multitude of cultural and religious variety, all of which co-exist alongside one another. In a unique environment such as this, it is important to share this splendid diversity with each other and remind ourselves of the values that we have in common."
The event starts at 4pm and lasts for two hours. Entrance is free.
