Oh mother Ghana has indeed lost a man of substance. For toil of our labour on earth comes rest and our joy must be to do the master's WILL. What I will remember Maulvi Wahab Adam for is a statement he made about PRAYER. "PRAYER is humbling one's self before God".
Maulvi Adam indeed demonstrated himself as a true religious leader imbibed in Religious knowledge in context with the cultural disposition of a nation. Ghana will thank him for the quiet role he played towards peace during election 2012 by calming down Machomen in the country. May Almighty Allah receive Maulvi Adam in His bosom.
To the Family, my deep sense of joy for you that you lend such a personality to our country but a reflection on who Maulvi was such turn our grief and tears to JOY for Allah, for all to celebrate his life.
For he is indeed one of those who have ensured understanding and peace among different religious bodies in the country, especially between Muslims and Christians.
May he REST in PEACE. Allah Hu Akabar
Thanks and Regards,
Jacob Osei Yeboah, (Director- W/Africa)
