Imam Shamshad A. Nasir of Baitul Jamay Mosque in Glen Ellyn made a visit to Annual Ghana Fest in Washington Park on the south side of Chicago.

The Ghanaian people showed there sincere love and were ever so welcoming to Imam Shamshad.

Shamshad spent 4 yrs in Ghana and this brought much success when speaking to the Nana (Chiefs), Mother Queens, and Tribesmen of various tribes.

The efforts of the Ghanaian Jaamat are well known to these tribes and to our surprise much was not needed to say of what Islam Ahmadiyya is doing in Ghana.

Many contacts were established and will yield fruitful to the success of future relations with the Ghanaian community in the Chicagoland area.
