Superb Muslim stories that continue to inspire humanity
While historical offerings of brilliant Arab civilization in the universe is undeniable, the wave of Islamophobia that has recently hit the West has set about trying to smear the good name of Muslims.
Most stories that reach us from Islam have to do with terrorists and jihadists extremists mujahideen, extreme fundamentalists in short they have much in common with other hardline religious sects of the world.
Terrorism, violence and absurdity waves are longer in the news related to the action of Islam, those who arrive at least to us, although not reveal the full picture.
That's because there are just as many positive, even heroic witness Muslim stories usually go to the "fine" of news, as now is the Islamophobia and the myth of the dangerous Muslim who sells.
Let us see only a handful of them and hopefully change our current recruits oriental religion ...
The religious leader who gives his blood (literally!)
Mirza Masroor Ahmad is the leader of the Muslim religious community Ahmadiyya, a sect which draws from Islam, Hinduism and Christianity. It was in 2011 when the then leader embarked on an unprecedented campaign in the Muslim community to give back to the Americans what many felt that they had been deprived by Islamists on September 11: Ahmad urged his congregation to offer their blood to save lives regardless of religion. More than 11,000 blood units were collected during the first year only of this religious campaign known as "Muslims for Life". Simultaneously, the leader renounced terrorism and called on Taliban extremists to settle at the same time every time the issue arises that could lead to violent reactions within the community, Ahmad is here to alleviate the evil ...
