NATO: Islamic State (Dae'sh) recruiting fighters in Pakistan, Afghanistan
General John F Campbell the commander of NATO forces in Afghanistan stated that Islamic State is recruiting fighters in the two countries and the money is being moved to different places.

KABUL: A commander of North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) has said that Islamic State is recruiting fighters in Afghanistan but they are not yet operational. He also claimed that the IS also recruiting fighters in Pakistan.
According to AFP, General John F Campbell the commander of NATO forces in Afghanistan stated that Islamic State is recruiting fighters in the two countries and the money is being moved to different places.
He also said that Taliban are changing their overall nature in order to regain the world’s attention and its resources.
Mullah Abdul Rauf Khadim, a former Taliban commander and Guantanamo detainee with suspected links to IS, was killed in a drone strike in February in the Afghanistan’s province of Helmand.
Afghan President Ashraf Ghani has repeatedly raised fears that IS is making its way in the country which is already hit with Talibanization.
NATO officially ended its combat mission in Afghanistan but its force is providing training to local police. – AFP
