Pakistan: Rabwah man murdered in Gwader brought home, buried


According to media accounts, four individuals entered the automobile workshop where Masood worked and shot him to death a few days ago.

Malik Masood of Darul Aloom Sharqi locality in Rabwah, Punjab, who was shot to death in Pasni area of Gwader in Balochistan province, has been buried at a local cemetery in Rabwah, Pakistani media has reported.

A motor mechanic by trade, victim Masood had gone to Pasni, a town on the southwestern Arabian Sea coastline of Pakistan, for employment.

According to media accounts, four individuals entered the automobile workshop where Masood worked and shot him to death a few days ago.

The attackers fled the scene and police termed the incident a case of targeted killing, according to the English daily newspaper, Dawn.

Victim’s body was brought to Rabwah where he was buried in a local graveyard.

Local media reported very emotional scenes at the burial site.
