Now in its 11th year, guests at the event included representatives ranging from The Royal British Legion, Thames Valley Police and councillors from Slough Borough Council.

The event was organized by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community of Slough.

Vice president of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Slough, Atiq Ahmad Bhatti, said: “This year we have seen a high calibre of guests who share in the common underlying theme of united against extremism. It’s been a truly remarkable symposium this year.”
