USA: Chino Imam meets interfaith leaders to help communities, end gun violence


Imam Zafrullah introduced the Ahmadiyya Muslim community and offered commitment to collaborate with faith based organizations to help poor people under the banner of Ahmadiyya-Islam.

A two-member delegation led by Imam Mohammad Zafrullah of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Baitul Hameed mosque in Chino, California met with Kami Newman, Director of Development and Communication at Hope Partners at a breakfast meeting on Thursday, April 14th.

Imam Zafrullah introduced the Ahmadiyya Muslim community and offered commitment to collaborate with faith based organizations to help poor people under the banner of Ahmadiyya-Islam.

The delegation also visited Inland Congregation of United for Change in San Bernardino where other faith based leaders were gathered to discuss ways for ending gun violence, among other issues.

Imam Mohammad Zafarullah was joined by Jameel Mohammed representing the Los Angeles Inland chapter, for the two events.
