Quakers don't believe you have to believe in Jesus as the Son of God to be saved. They believe we are all children of God.

Preston Ahmadi ladies took chocolates and literature to the Preston Quakers Community on Friday 15 April. This helps the two communities to build bridges and understand one another better, recognising the commonalities between the two faiths. We hope to continue and build our good relationship with the Preston Quakers Community.

The local Ahmadi community recently started holding Jummah prayer in the Quakers Hall every week, and join the Quakers at a regular interfaith meeting.

Quakers are sect of Christianity but they have distinct differences with the mainstream. They do not use the the cross as a symbol and do not celebrate festivals in the same way. There are not so many rituals, and prayer is a lot more relaxed and individual.

Quakers don't believe you have to believe in Jesus as the Son of God to be saved. They believe we are all children of God.
