All Religion Teaches Peaceful Co-existence.
A "Meet on Inter-Faith Harmony" was arranged by Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama'at, Bangladesh on 16th January, 2010, at its National Headquarters, 4, Bakshi Bazar Road, Dhaka.
The meeting was addressed by Prof. Dr. Poresh Chandra Mondal, of University of Dhaka, Ven. Buddhananda Mohathero of International Buddhist Monastery, Father James Cruze and Maolana Abdul Awwal Khan Choudhury.
All the speakers spoke on tolerance and Inter-Faith Harmony from their respective religious points of view. The speakers said that since all religions teach us harmony, peace and social justice then there is no scope of unrest, violence or intolerance in the society in the name of religion. They said that all religion teach us the peaceful co-existence though there are differences of opinion and in belief in different religions, but that should not create any social unrest.
Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Worldwide values the interfaith interaction, for educating one another regarding each other’s faiths and philosophical traditions. The interfaith concept is a unifying vehicle, which can aid everyone in bringing the reformation of the world nearer to reality.
