California, USA: ‘Understanding Islam’ to air weekly on K-SPA

Los Angeles – The members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community will host “Understanding Islam,” a weekly show on AM-1510 KSPA, The Spa.

Imam Shamshad A. Nasir of the Baitul hameed Mosque, in Chino, will be joined by Jonathan M.A. Ghaffar and Imran Jattala every Saturday at 10:30 a.m. to present in-depth and thought-provoking discussion on the true teaching and practices of Islam, said a press release.


The 30-minute program is not only expected to cover frequently asked questions about slam,  but will also give Muslims the opportunity to fully present Islam’s perspective on topics Jihad, Jesus and social issues of our times.

Listener could call the toll-free number 1-(866)-584-3434 during the show to pose their queries to Shamshad and his co-hosts or any guests on the show.
