If you are planning to attend the Decateur Book Festival this long weekend coming up, stop by and visit the Ahmadi Muslim Community booth. There will be a wonderful assortment of eye opening books available.
The Ahmadi Muslim Community will also be hosting the Red Cross in a "Muslims for Life" Campaign, raising 10,000 units of blood to save 30,000 American lives.
So, if you find yourself at the Decateur Book Festiva (100 Clairemont Ave, Decatur GA) which is a high light for most book lovers in Atlanta, please stop by and get some blessings by donating blood. This event commemorates 9/11 in the most positive way possible. Join a good cause. Send good ahead of you!
As the Red Cross reminds us, we never know when we or loved ones will be the one who will benefit from such an out pouring of love.
Talk to your church. Host your own event. Red Cross is accepting donations in honor of 9/11 victims for the whole month of September.
