Who was Prophet Muhammad? What did he teach? What kind of example did he leave for his followers?
We find that these questions, due to circumstances around the world, are being increasingly asked in our surroundings. However, there seems to be very few places to find correct and substantial answers.
The lack of credible information has led to an immense amount of misinformation. In light of this situation we, the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community of Seattle, have decided to hold an event to inform as well as answer any questions our friends and neighbors may have regarding the life and character of Prophet Muhammad or Islam in general.
Please join us for a symposium entitled “Who was Muhammad” on the character and life of Prophet Muhammad.
Come join us as we try to address the following topics:
1. Muhammad in his daily life by Irfan Chaudhry
2. Muhammad’s relations with Christians and Jews by Maulana Mubasher Ahmad
3. Muhammad on racial equality by Muhammad Omer Iqbal
The event flyer is available here: http://www.amiseattle.org/admin/doc/Who_was_Muhammad.pdf
When: Sunday June 17th 2012 | 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
