Ahmadiyya Muslim Association Australia celebrates the 25th Anniversary of its first ever mosque, Masjid Baitul Huda (House of Guidance) in Sydney Australia.

The event, according to a press statement published by the organizers, is aimed at raising awareness on how mosques play an important role in building peace with various communities and establishing strong and sustainable relationships with the broader community.

The organizers hope that the theme for this celebration, “Mosque for Peace”, together with a unique Holy Qor'an Exhibition and the guided Mosque Tour, will attract hundreds from general public, as well as the academics, religious and community leaders, and many local, state and federal politicians. The community anticipates the representative of the Prime Minister of Australia will also attend the event.

The event will take place on 13th December 2014 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Khilafat Centenary Hall, Baitul Huda Mosque, 45 Hollinsworth Rd, Marsden Park NSW 2765.

The worldwide Ahmadiyya Muslim Community with it's motto “LOVE FOR ALL HATRED FOR NONE”, is proactive around the world in striving to bring peace and understanding.

Also at the event, the community says, they will welcome their newly appointed National President and Missionary In-charge Imam I. H. Kauser who has served the movement for more than 40 years, including 32 years in the USA.

"Imam Kauser actively involves himself in reaching out to the broader community and making bridges to spread the message of Peace, Love and Harmony," the statement said.
