USA: Ahmadiyya Muslim delegation receives warm welcome at Little Home Church in Wayne, IL
Imam was extended an invitation to speak again after the formal church services where he explained the Muslim beliefs and a Question/Answer session was held on the topics of: Status and role of women in Islam; Holy Day and Holidays; and Worship and prayers.

Members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim community received a warm welcome on Sunday at United Church of Christ, Little Home Church in Wayne, IL, where Pastor Dr. David Russell asked the Ahmadiyya Muslim Imam to speak about building bridges and peace during his Sunday services.
Imam Shamshad A. Nasir of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community's Bait ul Jamm'e Mosque in Glen Ellyn, presented Islamic teachings on the topic.
The church congregation appeared to be impressed by the Imam's message as they repeatedly clapped during the address.
Imam Shamshad presented the book The Philosophy of the Teachings of Islam to Pastor Russell.
Imam was extended an invitation to speak again after the formal church services where he explained the Muslim beliefs and a Question/Answer session was held on the topics of: Status and role of women in Islam; Holy Day and Holidays; and Worship and prayers.
Ahmadi Muslim women who were part of the delegation held an exclusive Q&A session with the women from the church congregation which was reported as very well received.
The delegation presented copies of the Holy Quran and other Ahmadiyya Muslim literature to the church including copies of World Crisis and the Pathway to Peace, a compilation of speeches and letters of His Holiness Hazat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, Imam and the Head of the Worldwide Ahmadiyya Muslim Community.
