I want to think of the Paris attacks as a really horrifying dream.
In the wake of the attacks, the world has again seen the ugly face of terrorists whose motive is to create fear in the minds of people and to hijack the religion of Islam. ISIS and all other such barbaric groups are a blotch on the face of religion.
As an American Muslim, I condemn the incident with all my heart and soul. We stand by the victims and offer our deepest prayers and support to the families. It can be hard to even imagine the pain they are going through in these turbulent times.
If a person thinks rationally and logically about the acts of these perpetrators, they would realize this is the work of barbaric savages who are incredibly misguided. These attacks could not have been fueled by any religion in the world. The word Islam itself means “peace” and the holy founder of Islam, the Holy Prophet, was the epitome of peace and love for mankind.
The Ahmadiyya Muslim community under the guidance of a spiritual Caliph, His Holiness Mirza Masroor Ahmad, is reaching out to the world and informing people about the true face of Islam. Love for All, Hatred for none, is the motto of our community. This is how to win the hearts of people with peace and love.
The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community stands united with the people of France, and all humanity, against the terrorists behind this attack. Terrorism impacts us all, and we must all remain united in its condemnation and eradication.
