India: Thousands celebrate Eid-ul Fitr in Qadian, Punjab


Thousands of Ahmadi Muslim men and women attended the Eid Namaz and greeted each other after the Eid Namaz. On this occasion, many political and social organisations leader greeted to the Muslims.

Maulana Mohammad Inam Ghori lead Edi prayers

Eidul Fitr was celebrated with full zeal in Qadian on Thursday, July 7, 2016.

Maulana Mohammad Inam Ghori led the Eid Prayer in Masjid Darul Anwar near Sarae Tahir.

Thousands of Ahmadi Muslim men, women and children attended the prayers and greeted each other after the Eid Namaz.

On this occasion, many political and social organisation leaders greeted the Muslims.

In many places, people from all walks of life participated in the prayers and greeted their Muslim brothers on the occasion.

Sweets were distributed among the people to mark the occasion and a special banquet was arranged for the Eid participants at Langar Khana in Qadian.

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community is a dynamic, reformist and fast-growing international movement within Islam.

Founded in 1889 in Qadian, India, the Community spans 206 countries with membership exceeding 160 million.
