Australia: Ahmadiyya Muslim Association Will Celebrate Australia Day in all of its Mosques

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Association will hold Australian flag hoisting ceremonies, Australia Day Dinners and Australia Day BBQs in all of its Mosques around Australia on Thursday 26th of January 2016.

The Australian Ahmadi Muslims will also take part in Australia Day parades and local events all over the country.

The National President of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Australia, Mr. I. H. Kauser said:
“We, the Ahmadi Muslims, always pray for the progress and development of our homeland Australia. As per our traditions Ahmadiyya Muslim Association Australia will hold Australia Day celebrations in all of its mosques all over Australia. We stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our nation, Government and people because our religion teaches us that love of country of residence is part of faith.”


The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community is the leading Islamic organization to categorically reject terrorism in any form. Similarly, the Ahmadiyya Community is the only Islamic organization to endorse a separation of mosque and state.
