Ghana: President Akufo-Addo At Ahmadiyya Convention, appeals to Religious Leaders to support nation
President Akufo-Addo also urged religious bodies not to allow their religion to be perverted for criminal activities.

President Akufo-Addo has challenged religious leaders to use their calling to impact positively on the economy.
Speaking at the 85th National Annual Convention of the Ahmadiyya Mission Pomadze in the Central region, President Akufo-Addo reiterating the important role religious leaders play in the country called for unity and oneness to build the nation.
President Akufo-Addo also urged religious bodies not to allow their religion to be perverted for criminal activities.

The 85th annual national convention, themed "Engendering Patriotism: The Tole of Religion", was officially opened by Alhaj Maulvi Mohammed Bin Saliah, Ameer (Head) and Missionary-in-Charge of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission in Ghana.
