India: Qadian's Ahmadiyya Jama'at Throws Large Eid Milan Celebration

Maulana Mohammad Inaam Ghori, in his closing address expressed his gratitude to thousands of Hindus, Christians and Sikhs who came to celebrate Eid with Muslims.

Qadian: Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat organized Eid Milan Party here in Qadian today and thousands of people from Hindu, Sikhs, Christian and Muslim faiths gathered in Sarae Tahir to celebrate the Eidul Fitr.

Maulana Mohammad Inaam Ghori presided over the reception where Cabinet Minister Tripat Rajinder Singh Bajwa and several other dignitaries addressed the public.  Bajwa greeted the people to Eid celebration and said that the peaceful Ahmadiyya Mulsim Jamaat spreads love and brotherhood message in the entire world.

Many religious and political leaders addressed the Eid Milan Party.

On this occasion Ex Cabinet Minister Sewa Singh Sekhwan said in his address that he was very impressed with the teachings of Islam and Ahmadiyyat. He added that he has seen true Islam in Ahmadiyyat.

Municipal council President Jarnail Singh Mahal also addressed the party.

Maulana Mohammad Inaam Ghori, in his closing address expressed his gratitude to Hindu, Christian and Sikh participants who came to celebrate Eid with the Ahmadiyya Muslims. He led the gathering in silent prayer to close the formal session.

Among the dignitaries who came to Eid Milan celebrations were, Balwinder Singh Ladi, Member of Legislative assembly Punjab; Principal Swarn Singh Virk, Satnam Singh Sandhu,  Varinder Khosla, Som Nath, Ashok Sharma, Raju Julka, Arvind Julka, Mukhtiar Singh Kohar, Surinder Kumar Papi Sharma, Kuldip Singh Randhawa, Manmohan Singh Oberai, Such Sing Municipal Councilor,  Davinder Singh Comrade, Professor Dhian Singh, Advocate Dalvinder Jit Singh Khera, Dr. Balcharan Singh Bhatia, Vipin Kumar, Raj Kumar, Baba Sukhdev Singh Bedi, Iliyas Masih, Savjit Singh Riar, Rafique Baig, Balwinder Singh Mintu Bajwa, Roshan Lal, Maulana Jalal Ud Din Nayyar President Sadr Anjuman Ahmadiyya Qadian, Chaudhry Abdul Wasay, Maulana Fazlur Rehman Secretary Internal Affairs Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat Qadian, Munir Ahmad Hafizabadi, Syed Tanvir Ahmad, Gagandeep Singh Municipal Councilor, Amar Iqbal Singh Mahal.
