The terror attack in New York City was another despicable and vile act of cowardice at the hands of a deranged lunatic, and is to be condemned in the strongest terms.
The alleged attacker is believed to be a Muslim, but I can say without any degree of uncertainty that he truly wasn’t. Islam forbids such misguided actions.
The only way to counter the narrative of extremists is through education.
