Nigeria: Ahmadiyya Trains MTA Crew On Advance Technology Devices and Video

Not fewer than twenty two (22) crew members of Muslim Television Ahmadiyya (MTA) Nigeria studio benefited in the ongoing advance technology training.

The broadcast training that is currently going on is scheduled for 7 days is coordinated by experts from MTA Ghana studio incorporate Camera Shots, understanding the utilization of Prelude Pro and Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.

MTA is a global satellite TV network consisting of 4 international channels operated and funded by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community. The first channel, MTA 1 was officially launched on 31 January 1992.

Speaking exclusively with worldtopnewsng.com after a instructional session on Saturday, 10th February, 2017 at the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at Nigeria (AMJN) headquarters, Ojokoro, Lagos, the Head of Training & Development, Ghana MTA, Owusu Sheriff said the essence of the exercise is to familiarize their Nigeria counterpart with the latest facilities.

“Now they can compose their own shots, make their own video whenever they need it.”

“I can assure you at the end of the exercise, they will be professionals in handling the cameras.”

Sheriff also said the Jama’at as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects are embarking on training staff of Ghana Broadcasting Commission (GBC) on video shots and editing thrice in a year.

While speaking further on the training, MTA Ghana, Media Manager/Editor, Abdul Wahab Peregrino-Amamdo who took the team on video editing sessions stressed on training people with SDVC 4K Ultra HD Cameras makes them more professional.

Speaking with worldtopnewsng.com on the activities National President (Amir Sahib) AMJN, Dr. Mashu’ud Adenrele Fashola, who was represented by the National Secretary Publications and Media Relations of the Jama’at, Dr. Qasim Akinreti said the important of the training is to improve the equipments of the studio and visual output to their followers.
