  1. Punjab Government has shown irresponsibility in dealing with extremist groups threatening Ahmadis and other minorities in Punjab. May 2010 attacks on Ahmadis were not sudden attacks, in fact extremist were running a hate campaign against Ahmadis for many months in Punjab. It has been reported for many months in English media of Pakistan that a hate campaign is being run by Khatme Nabuwat Organization in Faisalabad. List of Ahmadis have been published in which people have been asked to kill Ahmadis publicly and get to heaven. Punjab Government has taken no notice for this violent environment.
