The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community is holding a ‘Messenger of Peace’ conference to discuss Prophet Muhammad, the most sacred figure in Islam. The goal of this conference is to explain the life and achievements of Prophet Muhammad and how they are relevant in a contemporary context.

In a media-saturated environment, it is sometimes difficult to tell fact from myth. The aim of this event is to portray Muhammad as he truly was, a messenger of peace. The audience will also have a chance to interact with Muslims living in the community, thus promoting mutual understanding.

This event, open to the community, will take place on (Wednesday) March 12 at 6 pm at UW-Oshkosh, Reeve Union Room 202. The conference will feature an exhibition and a keynote presentation, followed by a Q&A session with a scholar from Ahmadiyya Muslim Community and refreshments.
