Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad visited Falkenstein before returning to Frankfurt

On Tuesday, 10 June 2014, the World Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, the Fifth Khalifa, Hazrat (His Holiness), Mirza Masroor Ahmad visited the picturesque municipality of Falkenstein which lies on the border of Germany and Austria.

His Holiness travelled to Falkenstein after completing an historic visit to Neufahrn-Munich where he inaugurated the Al-Mahdi Mosque the evening before.

Following a very scenic drive through mountainous terrain, Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad and his entourage arrived at the Burg Hotel in Falkenstein which lies on the great mountain range of the Alps.

A local guide briefed his Holiness about the local history before he himself took photos of the mountain range.

Following lunch, His Holiness led the Zuhr and Asr prayers at the hotel. Thereafter, His Holiness and his entourage departed and returned directly to the Baitus Sabuh Mosque in Frankfurt where he was greeted by local Ahmadi Muslims at 8.20pm.

Earlier in the day, His Holiness departed from the Al-Mahdi Mosque at 12.35pm, where hundreds of local Ahmadi Muslims had gathered to wave goodbye to their spiritual leader.
