India: Majlis Ansarullah Qadian annual convention begins


Inaugural ceremony was held in Masjid Aqsa in the morning and the first session commenced with the recitation of Holy Quran.

Qadian:  The annual convention of the local elders' wing of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, Majlis Ansarullah, began on Saturday here in Qadian.

The program started with pre-dawn (Tahujud)  and morning (Fajr) prayers and Ansar gathered at Bahishti Maqbra mortuary in Qadian to offer prayers for the holy personalities.

Inaugural ceremony was held in Masjid Aqsa in the morning and the first session commenced with the recitation of Holy Quran.

Mr. Jalal Uddin Nayyar. President Sadr Anjuman Ahmadiyya Qadian, presided over the convention proceedings.

Qari Nawab Ahmad National President Majlis Ansarullah India and Maulana Mazhar Ahmad Wasim were on the stage.

Maulana Qamrul Haq presented the yearly report. A special message from Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, Khalifatul Masih V, to the Ansar on the Diamond Jubilee program was read  on this occasion.





First session was concluded with the Dua.
