Sri Lanka: Holy Qur’an Sinhala Translation gifted to Media Personals

The delegation presented copy of Holy Qur’an Sinhala Translation to media organizations namely Editors’ Guild of Sri Lanka and Free Media Movement.

A two member delegation from the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at Sri Lanka (AMJSL) comprising Mr.A. Abdul Aziz, Press Secretary and National Director Faith Outreach - AMJSL Moulavi K. Muneer Ahmad (Missionary - Pasyala) visited to various media institutions and organizations in Colombo on 2 February 2016, to gift Holy Qur’an Sinhala Translation.

The delegation presented copy of Holy Qur’an Sinhala Translation to media organizations namely Editors’ Guild of Sri Lanka and Free Media Movement.

The delegation visited two TV channels namely DEANA TV and Swarnavahini and gifted the copies of Holy Qur’an Sinhala Translation. The relevant authorities of the channel showed much interest to get the copies of Holy Qur’an Sinhala Translation. DERANA TV recorded gifting the copy of Holy Qur’an Sinhala Translation.

The delegation visited the office of another Sinhala Daily Ravaya and gifted Holy Qur’an Sinhala Translation.

To all of them, along copy of the Sinhala Translation of the Holy Qur’an with some other literatures including Peace Messages in English as well as Sinhala were presented. Moreover, the Sinhala Translation of the book ‘The Philosophy of the Teachings of Islam’ written by Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad – Founder of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in Islam, also presented.
