UK: World Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community inaugurates new Makhzan-e-Tasaweer website


Makhzan-e-Tasaweer, in its current guise, has been working since 2006 to collect and archive historical images of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community.

Makhzan-e-Tasaweer archives historical photographic images of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community.

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community is pleased to announce that on 7 February 2016, the World Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, the Fifth Khalifa (Caliph), His Holiness, Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad inaugurated and launched the new Makhzan-e-Tasaweer website (www.makhzan.org).

His Holiness inaugurated the website at the Makhzan-e-Tasaweer exhibition and offices located within the Tahir House complex at Deer Park Road in South West London.

Upon arrival, the Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community officially launched the website before leading a silent prayer in thanks to Allah the Almighty.

Thereafter, His Holiness briefly inspected the recently refurbished exhibition, which now includes state-of-the-art interactive facilities. During his visit, His Holiness was escorted by Mr Omair Aleem, the Head of Makhzan-e-Tasaweer.

Makhzan-e-Tasaweer, in its current guise, has been working since 2006 to collect and archive historical images of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community.

The permanent exhibition at Tahir House was inaugurated by Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad in October 2007.

A similar exhibition has been established in Qadian, India whilst smaller exhibitions have also been established in Norway and Spain.
