"The religion of Islam which doesn't permit to waste even the water unnecessarily, how could that religion permit shedding blood of the innocent?" said Imam Shamshad A. Nasir of the Baet-ul-Jaamay in Glen Ellyn, IL, in reaction to the terrorists attacks carried out by ISIS in Brussels resulting in 35 deaths while 300 people have been injured
Imam Shamshad said such acts of extreme cruelty against innocent civilians should be condemned without reservations in favor of a harmonious coexistence. "The tragic news of Brussels incidence has made the peace loving citizens of the world cry."
"We, the members of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Chicago, strongly condemn this brutality and call for unity in the fight against terrorism irrespective of religion, sect, creed or color," he added.
The Supreme Head of The Worldwide Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, Hadhrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad has strongly condemned the Brussels terrorist attacks.
His Holiness said;
“On behalf of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community worldwide, I express my deepest sympathies and condolences to the Belgian people following the barbaric terrorist attacks that have taken place in Brussels. Such heinous and utterly inhumane attacks must be condemned in the strongest possible terms.
Under no circumstances does Islam permit terrorism of any kind or the murder of innocent people. In fact, the Holy Quran has said that to kill even one innocent person is akin to killing all of mankind. Therefore, those who commit such atrocities in the name of Islam can never find any justification. They are defaming Islam and destroying the peace of the world.
Our heartfelt prayers are with the victims of these attacks and all those who have been affected. May the perpetrators of this evil act be promptly brought to justice.”
