USA: Buddhist Master Thay Hang Truong hosts Ahmadiyya delegation at Los Angeles Temple

Ahmadiyya delegation attended lunch hosted by Buddhist Master Thay Hang Truong and Compassionate Service Society Headquarters, Los Angeles, CA

Ahmadiyya Muslim Missionary in charge South West Region, Imam Zafarullah was invited by the Los Angeles Buddhist Community to their local temple for lunch and to introduce Ahmadiyya Muslim community to their visiting dignitaries from various nations.

Imam Zafarullah was joined by Col.(r) Ayaz Mahmood Ahmad Khan, Rahman Abdul Aleem and Muzaffar Khan.

The event proved an excellent platform for the spread of the true meaning of Islam in light of the situation in Middle east. This meeting was followed by questions answer session.

The event followed by formal lunch where the participants from the host's side included their many prominent figures and the members representing a background from about ten countries of south Asia.

As the proceedings of the function commenced Imam Zafruallah gave a comprehensive introduction of the Jama’at, its mission objectives and emphasized that Islam is religion of peace and has nothing to do with the general impression of terrorism.

In this context, copies of the book “World Crisis and the Pathway to Peace” by the worldwide head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, His Holiness Mirza Masroor Ahmad, were distributed amongst the significant participants.

In turn they also gave their literature with a book on ‘Buddha’.

The participants sought certain clarification after the speech of Imam Zafaruallah. Subsequently, Col Ayaz Mahmood Ahmad Khan also projected the personality and status of the Ahmadiyya founder, Hazhrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad and explained how all prophets are being represented in the person of the Promised Messiah. The audience expressed their delight with tremendous applause.
